HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
High intensity interval training (HIIT) Join Richelle every Monday from 11:00 am - 11:45 am for a great way to bump up your cardio and strength workouts by adding intensity and variety to your fitness. We will alternate between short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. Every session ends with a nice stretch that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day! Please bring a mat, a set of dumbbells, a towel, and a water bottle.
Yoga is a great way to gain strength, balance and flexibility. Join Julie Dolbier on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for classes!
Get your tapping shoes on! Work on cardiovascular endurance, coordination and balance with Emilie in Adult Tap classes. You can join her Saturdays at 10:00 am for a 45-minute class.
